Shipping policy

Every Kept Close Jewelry necklace is made to order and packed with its message card in a gift box. Here is what to expect after you order.

Processing time: your order is made and packed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

United States: free standard shipping on every order. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of ordering. Faster shipping options are shown at checkout when available.

Other countries: shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Holiday orders: during busy seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, carriers can be slower. Please order early so your gift arrives on time.

Lost, damaged or wrong item: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us with your order number and a photo if possible. We will send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
