No. Our necklaces have a 14k white gold, 18k yellow gold or rose gold finish over stainless steel, with cubic zirconia stones. That keeps them affordable, durable and shiny for everyday wear.
Does the necklace come with the message card?
Yes. Every necklace arrives attached to its printed message card, inside a gift box. Choose the luxury box for a wooden-style box with an LED light.
How long will my order take?
Each necklace is made to order in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped. In the United States, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping, and shipping is free. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I send it straight to the person I'm gifting it to?
Yes. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. No prices are included in the package.
How long is the chain?
The chain adjusts from 18 to 22 inches (about 46 to 56 cm) and closes with a lobster clasp.
How do I care for my necklace?
Take it off before showering, swimming or exercising, keep it away from perfume and lotions, and wipe it with a soft cloth. Store it in its box when you're not wearing it.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your necklace arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund. You can also return an item within 14 days of delivery; see our Refund Policy.
